Message from instructor
I am available every day and I usually respond within 24 hours.
Hobbies / favorite countries / countries visited
I enjoy reading (especially Harry Potter and Haruki Murakami), writing (fiction as well as academic papers), playing piano, playing video games (especially Japanese RPGs), and studying the Japanese language. My favorite country that I have visited is Japan! There are so many amazing things to see in your country!
Approach to corrections
I will be happy to help you produce clear, accurate English compositions while giving you additional information on how English works. I appreciate how difficult it must be for Japanese speakers to learn English, and so I will try my best to help you learn the language's complexities. I pay very close attention to details. In particular, I am sensitive to small nuances in meaning. I have studied some Japanese (although I am still a beginner), so I have an idea how different the two languages are. As a result, I can sometimes see what the original intention was according to Japanese grammar, and I can try to find a natural English equivalent. I am available to correct texts any day. I will be able to correct the text within 24 hours.

Hello, Teacher David, Thank you for correcting my work. I was impressed that you wrote many other expressions and practical examples. I want to ask you to look over my work again. I hope you have a good weekend too.

Thank you for your quick responce and letting me know a different nuance between "said" and "say" in the first sentence. You are right. He said it personally, so it should have been "say."

Thank you for your quick responce. I am happy to learn either " seem happy" or " seem to have been happy" is OK.

Thank you for quick responce. However, there are some parts I am not confident about whether they sounds natural or not, like " ink does not come out" and "ink started not to come out."

Thank you very much for teaching me English again. I made the same mistake: "works" instead of "work". In addition, thank you for understanding what I would like to have said in the first sentence.

Thank you for your quick responce. I used "room." It means I want to have room in my mind to do jobs. In other word I want to do jobs, feeling like I have a spare time, not be in a hurry.

Thank you for your quick responce. I wonder why you say a menu with " a" picture, although the menu has a lot of pictures of food. Should it be a menu with " pictures?"

Thank you for your quick responce. Japanese culture and your country's colters are different. I wondered if you could understand public Japanese bath houses.
