Message from instructor
Experienced English teacher from the US, living in Japan.
Hobbies / favorite countries / countries visited
My favorite hobbies are music, weightlifting, and studying Japanese. My favorite country is Japan, where I live, although I'm from the USA and have family and many friends there. My most interesting visit to another country (besides Japan) was to South Korea in 2011. The highlight of that vacation was visiting the DMZ border of North Korea, which was a very intense experience.
Approach to corrections
My text correction style is somewhat minimalistic, unless a "drastic change" or "formal," etc. is requested, as I do my best to preserve customers' words and ideas, and although I'm strict about grammar and punctuation, I also try to be as intuitive as possible so that my corrections don't result in failing to get the point across that they're trying to make.

Thank you for your concern about my eyes and Thank you for your correction advice. Surgery is not urgent, so I will think about it carefully. As my English is not good enough, I didn’t clearly understand how to use comma properly in sentences. I would like to review it and understand one by one. Best regards, Tomoko

Dear Tom-san Thank you for your detail review as usual! This composition includes some spell mistakes. This is because I made this composition in my PC (usually, I use my smartphone), and the input screen on PC doesn't have autofill function... Anyway, I will be careful about spell mistakes. I'm looking forward to meeting with you here. Best Regards, Tucker

Dear Tom, Thank you for correcting my writing again. I understand your explanation. It’s too cold here to go to the cafe today. I think the Boso Peninsula of Chiba is warmer than my place ( I often go to Boso area for sightseeing!). Stay warm and do not catch a cold! Kind regards, wako38

Dear Tom-san Thank you for your detail review as usual. The preposition usage is my issue, and I’ll keep making an effort to improve it. Your episode about the Perfume fans sounded interesting because I have watched the documentary movies of their US tour. Thank you for sharing. I’m looking forward to meeting with you soon. Beat Regards Tucker

Dear Tom, Thank you again for working for my entry. You look really busy, and I'm sure your students would enjoy working with your Christmas powerpoint. If You visit Fukuoka again, you might surprised the improvements of accessibility from the airport to center of the city. Anyway, I hope you have a good rest of the day. Best regards, m-yoshiro

Dear Tom-san Thank you for your detail and quick review! I’m checking it now on the commuting train. It is really difficult to use a proper preposition in the compositions, and I’ll make an effort with your advice. I’m looking forward to meeting with you here. Best regards, Tucker
